As a proud Austinite, born and raised, I am absolutely thrilled to serve as the Director of Elementary STEM in Austin ISD. I have a deep passion for student learning and supporting teachers to thrive in the classroom, making learning meaningful, exciting and fun for all!

Prior to my current role, I have served public education through many capacities, including as a Director of both Elementary and Secondary Academics, Assistant Principal of 2 high-need turnaround elementary campuses, a Math and Science Curriculum Specialist, a Math Instructional Coach, and as a classroom teacher in both primary and upper elementary.

However, my greatest passion continues to be advocating for historically underserved and marginalized students and their families. Every child deserves to feel seen, loved and given a chance to love learning!
