BIOGRAPHY OF IFEOMA VIVIAN IHIM
Ifeoma Vivian Ihim brings 15 years of diverse teaching experience from 4th-grade math to 12th-grade math. With a rich cross-continental background, she has taught in public and private schools across Africa, Europe, and the United States. Ms. Ihim serves as a high school math instructional support specialist and continues to impact students and educators significantly. Ihim holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Statistics. She has further enhanced her academic credentials by earning an MBA, a Master of Science in Project Management, and a Master's in Secondary Math Education from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
She is currently working on her principal certification at Lamar University. Her wide-ranging qualifications reflect her dedication to mathematics and the broader educational field. She is a passionate advocate for children and young people. She strongly believes every student can master mathematics and is deeply invested in helping students develop a growth mindset and move away from fixed perceptions of their abilities.
