Chelsea spent eight years as an elementary math educator in West Texas before joining the MIND team. During her time in the classroom, she developed a passion for sharing mathematical best practices and implemented ST Math with her own students. She firmly believes in fostering a love for math and advocates that everyone is a “math person.” Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Angelo State University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University. She finds fulfillment in connecting with educators nationwide, building relationships, and supporting impactful learning experiences for students.
