Jennifer currently serves as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Cosenza & Associates, LLC. She leads the development of mathematics curriculum resource and professional development activities.

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in education, including as a classroom teacher at the high school and university levels and leadership at the district level. She is also active in state and national professional organizations and has served on the board of directors for the Texas Association of Supervisors of Mathematics (TASM), Texas Council of Teachers of Mathematics (TCTM), and Conference for the Advancement of Mathematics Teaching (CAMT). Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Teaching from Abilene Christian University. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of North Texas.
