Adrian has provided Professional Development to educators in districts and educational service centers for more than 7 years, working with teachers and parents in United States, Mexico, and Costa Rica He joins Seidlitz Education from his previous role as an Instructional Math Coach in San Marcos CISD with a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at Texas State University. His commitment leads him to innovate in the education area, and his present action research project is about the importance of Building Mathematical Growth Mindset Communities. Adrian is an author of the book Teaching Math to ELs.
