Join us as we explore the many ways K-6 students can represent their thinking visually using sketches, drawings, diagrams, charts..you name it! This high-enerry session will get you thinking about the math you teach by seeing how to connect physical, visual, and symbolic representations - with major connections to language and context.  We'll focus on visuals that connect thinking across concepts at your grade level as well as visuals that connect thinking accross mulitple grade levels.  This session will be customized to the people in the room, so come ready to see the math you teach.
