Have you ever considered teaching math using music but don’t know where to begin? In this session we will explore the free music tools built into Polypad.org, such as shapes that can play their perimeters, angles, or area, fraction bars that make sound, and more. I’ll review samples of 50+ music and math lessons we’ve made available for free and get participants up to speed on making their own lessons in our no-code environment. As the engineer and designer of these tools, I will take the audience on a deep dive of ways to create their own lessons and fun ideas they can use as class openers, assignments, or extension activities.
