In this interactive session, we will discuss productive and meaningful ways to engage young children in data literacy activities. Participants will examine and reflect on multiple examples and engage in tasks that support children in learning about themselves and the world. By do so, children’s assumptions about the world can be challenged, empowering them to be more aware of and connected to local and global communities.
